Jeremy Fortier, PMP – President Operations Manager for Duke Realty Corporation Jeremy Fortier joined Duke Realty Corporation in 1999. Duke specializes in the ownership, management and development of office, industrial, and healthcare real estate. In terms of market capitalization, Duke is the largest publicly traded, vertically integrated office/industrial/healthcare real estate company in the United States. Jeremy's focus is Healthcare and he and his team have successfully delivered several Medical Office and Outpatient facilities including ASC, Imaging, Cardiovascular Diagnostic & Treatment, LTAC, Medical-Surgical-Radiation Oncology, Women's Health, Diabetes, Occupational & Physical Therapy, Multi-Specialty Doctor groups, Fitness Facilities and Sports Medicine. Jeremy holds a Masters of Project Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Environmental Engineering. Jeremy is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a registered Engineering Intern (EI), LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C), holds an ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) and an Indiana Real Estate Sales Person License. As Director of Events, Jeremy plans to help increase attendance and foster networking opportunities for Healthcare SIG member at both National and Regional events. Susan Arel, PMP – Education Director and acting Events Director Team Lead, MIS Division PMO at Southcoast Health Systems-Massachusetts As the Team Lead for the MIS Division PMO at Southcoast Health Systems, Sue draws on her wide-ranging experience within Healthcare and IT to drive projects from adoption through completion. She has experience in managing complex projects within physician practice settings as well as the hospital system. Her leadership of multi- department teams in a multi- hospital system has resulted in the successful execution of Clinical, Technical and Strategic projects. Her high energy, operational awareness and enthusiasm for planning “with the end in mind” has led to well- rounded implementations, which address the defined requirements for all stakeholders. Her current focus is developing a standard PM structure and methodology for the MIS Division using her experience leading Strategic System-wide projects as a basis for the structure. Sue has a degree in Business Management from Emmanuel College and has been PMI certified for 4 years. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Mass Bay Chapter of PMI. Pranjal Shah, PMP, CPHMIS – Communication Director Health Informatics Consultant Pranjal Shah has worked as an Informatics Consultant within Build, Testing, Training teams with a focus on Pharmacy, Surgery and Emergency in an Inpatient setting for Health Systems with 500+ beds. Over the last 10 years he has worked at more than 20 Epic Clients including: Kaiser Permanente, Swedish Medical Center, Cedar Sinai. He is a certified PMP and has been active in hosting webinars for the PMI Healthcare SIG and representing PMI in several events across the country. He also received his CPHIMS and is an active member of HIMSS as a HIMSS’11 Reviewer, CPHIMS trainer and WHIMSS Education Committee Member.

Peggy LeVora, PMP, CPHIMS – Membership Director Senior Project Manager at Indiana University Health – Bloomington Peggy brings superior strategic planning, leadership, negotiation, communication and people skills to building strong alliances with project teams and vendors. She has a diverse medical background resulting from 25 years of hospital service. After receiving her business degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Peggy initiated her Project Management journey. During the past 10 years, she has assisted with the evolution of a fully PMP certified PMO and developed a system for prioritizing enterprise projects. Being a leader within the PMO, her focus has evolved from clinical projects to strategic enterprise projects. Peggy continues to mentor less experienced project managers in the organization and has become involved with international professional organizations. As a member of PMI, Peggy serves as a Remote Site Coordinator for the PMI Central Indiana Chapter and has served on the PMI Healthcare SIG Membership Committee for 2 years. She is also a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) where she is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS), has served as a HIMSS Annual Conference Reviewer /Mentor for 3 years, and has served on the HIMSS Scholarship Committee for 2 years. Mike Boucher, PMP, CSM – Technology Director IT Development and Project Management Mike is a Technical IT Development and Project Manager with diversified work experience in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 in both the public and private sectors. As Development Program Manager at NextGen Healthcare, he is responsible for managing complex development projects. Mike has a passion to increase the quality and transparency of healthcare through the use of Information Technology. He has degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a Graduate Certificate in Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Regulatory Affairs from the University of Georgia. He is a member of the Hospital Information and Management Systems Society, the Project Management Institute, and the Technology Association of Atlanta.
